LIL DRIBBLERS BASKETBALL

Basic basketball for children ages 4 through 7. Emphasis is put on skills, dribbling, passing, ball handling. Small basketballs will be used in this class.

Class will be 4:30 – 5:30 PM on September 17-24  October 1-8-15-22-29

JUNIOR HIGH BOYS INSTRUCTIONAL BASKETBALL

A program designed to instruct Junior High Boys in grades 7-8-9 skills for interscholastic basketball. Program will held at the YMCA on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:00 – 5:30 PM. Registration will be on the first day of the program.

SPANISH LESSONS

CREATIVE WRITING

Workshops will be fundamentals of poetry and prose poetry as well as difference of description used in the composition of both sudden and short stories.

MULTI MIX MEDIA ART

Join Artist Ben Saggesse for a multi mixed media art class. Colored pencils, Water Colors, Acrylics, Markers, Pen and Ink. Participants are asked to bring their own subject/object to draw. Classes will held On Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 8:00 PM at the YMCA on September 20-27, October4-11-18-25.

FIRST AID AND CPR CLASSES

The Moshannon Valley YMCA will be conducting classes for First Aid and classes for CPR Certification. Call the YMCA and leave your name and phone number and which of the classes you are interested in.

BABYSITTING COURSES

The Moshannon Valley YMCA will be conducting Babysitting Training Classes in October. If you are interested in taking the course please contact Mel Curtis at 342-0889 Extension 2. This will be a one day class that you will attend.

QUILTING CLASS FOR NEW QUILTERS

The Moshannon Valley YMCA will be offering evening quilting classes with Brenda Galarneau. Classes wil be Monday evenings from 6:30 – 7:30 PM. September 24, October 1,8,15,22,29. Participants are responsible for own materials.
