Yoga with Sandra Gantt,
Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor, will be offered twice a week for six
weeks at a cost of $50.00 for YMCA Members and $75.00 for non-members.
Hatha Yoga for Relaxation and Strength. A class that blends breathing,
movement, stretches, postures, and meditation. This class can improve
your flexibility, strength and posture by focusing on core breathing and
stability. Great for the body, mind and spirit
all levels welcome.
Step and Tone with Deb
Mitchell will be offered twice a week for six weeks at a cost of $50.00
for YMCA Members and $75.00 for non-members.
Hi-Lo Aerobics with
Adria Sidorick on Monday and Wednesdays and Tonya Thompson on Saturday,
will be offered for 12 weeks at a cost of $50.00 for YMCA Members and
$75.00 for non-members.
Jazzercise will be
offered by Sue Lingle at the YMCA on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Jazzercise is a fusion of aerobic conditioning, yoga, pilates,
kickboxing and strength training. To register for Jazzercise you must
meet with Sue Lingle prior to the class or by calling Sue at 342-2525 or
