CIRCUIT
BOOT CAMP
Experience a great workout at any fitness level from basic
beginner to the advanced athlete with circuit boot camp. The class
combines fast-paced cardio intervals with muscle-toning strength
exercises for a great heart pumping cardiovascular workout while you
tone every muscle in your body and incinerate a ton of calories and burn
fat!
Circuits of fast paced cardio are combined with strength
moves in a high-intensity format to improve your overall strength and
tone. The cardio and muscle training workout can burn on average
600-800 calories a session.
Push yourself to a new level of fitness while doing medicine
ball pushups, chest presses, flutter kicks to tone the abdominals, pop
squats to sculpt your legs, and core moves to tone your entire body.
