The class will consist of an instructor and five participants.
Spinning exercise or studio cycling is not only popular, its and
excellent form of fitness. It helps strengthen your heart, tone your glutes, calves, thighs in addition to being a great exercise to slim
legs. Classes will last 50 - 60 minutes and are set to music. Contact
